WHEN THE WIPERS WERE TURNED ON THEN OFF THEY "PARK" STRAIGHT UP. WHEN IT WAS BROUGHT TO THE DEALER'S ATTENTION THEY SAID THE RECALL WAS ALREADY DONE IN 2009 AND THEY WOULD CHARGE TO FIX THE WIPER CONTROL MODULE. THEY ALSO CHARGED TO DIAGNOSE. *TR
