Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CADILLAC CTS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENTIRE CENTER CONSOLE MALFUNCTIONED AND ALL OF THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS WERE NO LONGER FUNCTIONAL. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER TO HAVE THE CENTER CONSOLE REPLACED. THE REPAIR DID NOT REMEDY THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 19,000.
