Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 BMW 750LI. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PARK AT APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED ABNORMALLY. THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO THE WALL OF A HOME AND BOTH THE CONTACT AND A PASSENGER SUSTAINED MINOR NECK INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN AUTO BODY SHOP FOR REPAIRS. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
