Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 FORD MUSTANG GT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD A DEFECTIVE AFTER MARKET PROGRAMMER AND AS A RESULT, THE ENGINE EXHIBITED AN INTERNAL MOTOR FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE BUT DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE AND VOIDED THE WARRANTY. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 7, 800.
