TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 NISSAN MAXIMA. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE CONTACT FELT AN ABNORMAL VIBRATION IN THE STEERING WHEEL. IN ADDITION, WHEN DRIVING OVER UNEVEN ROAD SURFACES, THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE WOULD SHAKE EXCESSIVELY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR A TIRE ROTATION AND BALANCING. THE TECHNICIANS STATED THAT THE SERVICE COULD NOT BE PERFORMED BECAUSE ALL FOUR WHEELS WERE ABNORMALLY BENT. THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED TO PURCHASE FOUR NEW WHEELS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,000.
