Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHEVROLET COBALT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT BOTH FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS WERE EXTREMELY WORN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. A PRIVATE MECHANIC INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT HE WOULD NEED TO REPLACE THE LOWER CONTROL ARM. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 70,000 AND THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 32,000.
