Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 TOYOTA SCION XB. THE CONTACT STATED SHE BELIEVED THE FOAM THAT HELD THE FRONT AND SIDE WINDOWS TO THE VEHICLE WERE DESIGNED TOO WIDE. WHEN STOPPED AT A TRAFFIC STOP, THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO SEE OUT THE WINDOW BECAUSE THE FOAM WAS OBSTRUCTING HIS VIEW. THE CONTACT STATED HE BARELY MISSED A CRASH THREE TIMES DUE TO THE FLAW. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THAT HE WOULD BE SENT A LETTER IN REGARDS TO HIS COMPLAINT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 7,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 20,000.
