Consumer Description

PAINT PEELING OFF ON BODY. WHITE IN COLOR,NEVER NEGLECTED, ALWAYS WASHED, WAXED ETC. WELL KNOWN AND DOCUMENTED PROBLEM. CONTACTED FORD MANY TIMES AND ALWAYS GET TOLD THEY WILL DO NOTHING BECAUSE IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY. THEY THEN TOLD ME THEY HAVE UPGRADED MANY THINGS ON THEIR NEW TRUCKS AND SHOULD CONSIDER GETTING A NEW ONE. I DOUBT I WILL EVER GET ANOTHER FORD IF THEY CAN MESS UP SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS PAINT. THIS IS A FORD DEFECT AND THEY SHOULD BE FORCED TO FIX IT. I HAVE A CAR THAT IS 10 YEARS OLDER THAN MY FORD AND THE PAINT LOOKS BETTER. *TR
