WINDSHIELD WIPERS WERE ACTING ERRATICALLY, THEY WOULD NOT TURN OFF , THEN THEY WOULD AUTOMATICALLY GO OFF AND NOT BACK ON, WASHER FLUID PUMP CONTINUED TO SPRAY WHILE WIPERS WERE EITHER ON OR OFF UNTIL TANK WAS EMPTY. I HAD NO CONTROL OVER THE WIPERS. *TR
