2005 DODGE NEON INVOLVED IN A CRASH AND AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. THE NEON WAS NORTHBOUND TRAVELING AT 30 MILES PER HOUR. A VEHICLE PULLED OUT AND THE NEON STRUCK THE DRIVERS SIDE OF THE OTHER VEHICLE WITH THE COMPLETE FRONT END OF THE NEON. POINT OF IMPACT AND SPEEDS SHOULD HAVE DEPLOYED THE AIR BAG. *TR
