I OWN A 2007 DODGE DAKOTA 4WD/4DR THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WHEN TURNED ON DO NOT COME ON EVEN WHEN I TURN THEM ON HIGH. I HAVE TO FLIP THE CONTROL LEVER FOR THE WIPERS NUMEROUS TIMES TO FINALLY GET THEM ON. ONCE THEY DO COME ON THEY WON'T SHUT OFF EVEN IF THE SWITCH IS OFF. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS SINCE I LIVE IN KANSAS. *TR
