Consumer Description

I DID A OIL CHANGE ON MY CAR THIS DAY. I ALSO DID THE ONE PRIOR TO IT. I PUT 5 QUARTS IN, BUT ONLY DRAINED ABOUT 2-2 1/2 QTS. THE DEALERSHIP SAID THAT IT IS A KNOWN ISSUE AND THAT THEY NEED TO DO MY NEXT OIL CHANGE AND START THE OIL CONSUMPTION TESTS. THEY SAID THAT IF IT IS A PROBLEM, THEY WILL TAKE THE APPROPRIATE STEPS AND POSSIBLY HAVE THE ENGINE REPLACED. *TR
