TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 FORD EXPEDITION. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT BOTH OF THE REAR CHILD SAFETY LOCKS WERE INOPERATIVE IN HER VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 200,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 334,000.
