UPON START-UP, THE VEHICLE PRODUCES DANGEROUSLY HIGH IDLE SPEEDS THAT DOES NOT CORRECT WHEN THE VEHICLE'S GEARS ARE ENGAGED. CONSTANT HEAVY BRAKE PRESSURE IS REQUIRED TO CONTROL THE VEHICLE. *JB
