Consumer Description

DT: 2000 FORD WINDSTAR. THE CONSUMER STATED THE FRONT COIL SPRING ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE BROKE AND WENT THROUGH THE TIRE. THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED WHEN THIS HAPPENED. THERE WAS A SLIGHT NOISE IN THE VEHICLE WHEN IT WAS BEING DRIVEN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALERSHIP, THE COIL SPRINGS ON BOTH SIDES AND THE TIRE HAD TO BE REPLACED. *AK
