Consumer Description
WHILE LOADING THE VEHICLE, THE TAILGATE SUPPORT CABLES BROKE WITHOUT WARNING. THIS CAUSED THE DRIVER TO SUSTAIN MAJOR INJURIES AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION. THE MECHANIC INFORMED THE CONSUMER THAT THE TAILGATE SUPPORT CABLE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. *JB THE CONSUMER CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER BUT THEY DENIED ANY RESPONSIBILITY. *NM
