WHILE ENTERING A PARKING SPACE THE FOOT WAS ON THE BRAKE PEDAL. AS THE FOOT LET UP ON THE BRAKE PEDAL, THE ENGINE REVVED AND THE TRUCK LURCHED FORWARD. THE TRUCK HIT A BUILDING BEFORE THE BRAKE COULD BE REAPPLIED.*AK
